Some years ago, Cheryl helped my parents find their home. We appreciated Cheryl as a real estate agent. She was kind, very informative, and provided my parents with lots of photos of nice homes to view. She also became a friend. My parents saw a home they liked via the photos Cheryl supplied. After viewing the home in person, they loved it then purchased it. Cheryl also supplied an inspector to inspect the home. The house is still with our family. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Thank you Cheryl.

In 2007 Cheryl helped me buy my very first house! Quick, fast, accepted offer! In 2018 Cheryl helped me sell my other house,(I collect houses for fun;) lol and in 2020 she listed my house I bought in 2007. Cheryl is so KNOWLEDGEABLE! If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she will within an hour at most, the same day! Cheryl is SO loyal to her clients! Well after you buy or sell with her, she continues to include you in special mailings and give aways. She will never forget you or your new beautiful home she helped you buy. Cheryl is prompt in everything she does, always on top of her selling or buying home game. She schedules viewings quick and is on time to show/view a home with you and fast to get offers in! She is so understanding to your specific wants and needs for your new home or the sale of your home. I highly recommend Cheryl to help you sell or/and buy a new home. She will be 150% committed to you and by your side through the whole process and very available to help you find your perfect home. If I could, I would definitely give her 10 stars!

My family has used Cheryl for purchasing/ selling homes for many years. Every experience we’ve had with Cheryl has been exceptional! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is personable. My significant other and I bought our first home together this past year. Cheryl showed us numerous houses before finding our forever home! She always came prepared to every showing and had paper forms with information about every single home we were swing that day (which was extremely helpful). She never made us feel pressured throughout the buying process. We would 100% recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for an honest and reliable realtor! 🙂
